The Quarry Golf Club in San Antonio was designed by nationally recognized golf course designer Keith Foster and it is identified around the country for it's unique setting and design. You will be challenged and rewarded in many ways. The front nine plays in a links style format and features rolling hills, native grasses, and immaculate greens. The back nine is laid out in a 100 year old quarry pit with elevated tee boxes and shots that will fly over large expanses. After a day at the Quarry Golf Course in San Antonio, you will certainly feel like you just played one the most unique and enjoyable rounds of golf in your life.

COCKTAIL RIVERBOAT CRUISE AND MEXICAN FIESTA AWARDS DINNER

Place: Riverboat Cruise & Dinner at Sunset Station (meet in lobby at 5:20 p.m.)
Cruise Departure: 5:30 p.m.
Enjoy a cocktail while taking a relaxing riverboat cruise ride along the San Antonio Riverwalk shaded by towering cypresses, oaks and willows bordered by gardens of flowering ornamental foliage. After the cruise you will be transferred by trolley car to the Sunset Station for a Mexican Fiesta Night. Sunset Station is a historic landmark built in 1902 as the Southern Pacific Railroad Depot, nestled in the historic St. Paul District of downtown San Antonio. During the cocktail hour we will be entertained by a Mariachi Band and Mexican Dancers followed by an authentic Mexican Dinner.

§ Darrel Elliot with Buzzi Unicem USA will give a presentation on “Repair and Special Applications” for concrete
§ Rick Yelton, Editor for Concrete Construction/Concrete and Masonry Construction Products magazine will present “Five (5) Reasons Why I think the Concrete Industry will Recover Faster than Others.”
§ Gene Poche with McGraw Hill Dodge will give a brief presentation on the “Construction Outlook of 2009”. The McGraw Hill economic forecaster will not be able to personally make the presentation, but he has given his information to Gene.
§ Francisco M. Maldonado, Esq. with Maldonado Law Firm, PLLC will address “The current requirements, as well as the new changes, within Immigration Labor Laws.”

Monday, March 23rd , PLANT TOUR AND LUNCH
The Plant Tour will be held at the Cemex Plant, known to them as their U.S. flagship Cement Plant, located in New Braunfels, TX, about 45 minutes from Downtown San Antonio. Times are to be announced at a later date. Lunch will follow plant tour.
Monday, March 23rd , LADIES TOUR 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

SAN ANTONIO SEGWAY TOUR. It’s a BLAST! Instead of
Seeing the city by foot or bus, your tour will be seen while gliding on two wheels. A tour guide will give you training lessons prior to riding and will take you through the downtown area. (I experienced the Segway during my site visit and loved it!) The tour and lesson will take two hours. Following the tour you will have lunch at The Guenther House, an elegant home of Pioneer Flour Mills’ founding family.
Attire: Wear comfortable clothing and closed toe flat rubber soled shoes or sneakers.
Monday Evening, March 23rd , ENCHANTED SPRINGS RANCH
Place: Enchanted Springs Ranch
Time: 5:00 p.m. Depart: 9:00 p.m.
Enchanted Springs Ranch is an 86 acre working ranch with lakes, waterfalls, exotic animals, and western town right out of the 1800’s. The town was originally designed for Western Movies and consists of over 40 facades and/or building used in television, commercials, and movie films. Your visit and entertainment will include: Drug store cowboys; fast draw competition; live western music; line dancing; a cowboy performance using his rope, bullwhips and guns; and a scenic tractor wagon ride while viewing all the many exotic animals that roam the ranch. The “Old West” cannot be complete without a traditional Texas BBQ dinner including rib-eye steaks grilled on pits for your viewing with all the “fixins” to accompany it. YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS VENUE!
